Jean has been advising clients on marketing and
communications campaigns for over 22 years having worked as a communications and investor relations manager in South Africa and the United Kingdom for five years, before joining a global Communications agency. Her clients during this time included Actis, MXit, Webber Wentzel, Woolworths and Inspired Evolution.

She has worked in the entertainment and hospitality industries for Artscape Theatre Centre, Fancourt Country Club and Golf Estate, Travelstart and the V&A Waterfront as the PR manager. Her portfolio also includes the launch of home loans company, Integer; media relations and PR for the Edrington Group in South Africa – Highland Park, The Macallan and Famous Grouse.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Andy’s
background is auditing and business management. He has worked in the hospitality industry for the worldrenowned Breakers Country Club and Resort in the United States, as well as multinationals Kimberley Clark, a world leader in the FMCG personal healthcare space and Baker Tilly, one of the UK’s largest accountancy firms. He has also worked for Haines Watts, part of BKR International, where he provided strategic financial council to small to medium companies.
 

His experience in consumer behaviour, business
management, business strategy, managing retail
performance and retail change serves him well as the strategic analyst for all communications campaigns.
 

These expertise allows Storybook to seamlessly marry the execution of PR campaigns with business marketing objectives. In addition, Andy is responsible for the finance and logistics for Storybook.
